1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on rgatta, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Use

rgatta provides software tools for rowing regatta and camp management. Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of information they publish. Clubs are responsible for the accuracy of entry and athlete data they submit.

3. Payments and Fees

Entry fees are collected via Stripe and transferred to organizers net of the rgatta platform fee. Scratch fees are applied per the organizer-configured deadline. All fees are displayed before confirmation.

4. Organizer Subscriptions

Organizer subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your profile page.

5. Limitation of Liability

rgatta is provided "as is." We are not liable for organizer errors, regatta cancellations, or payment disputes between clubs and organizers.
